Lash 101 Terms and Policy
Please take a moment to carefully review the following terms and policies for Lash 101. Your attention to these details is important to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Thank you!
Deposit
To secure your appointment, a $25 deposit is required for all services. This deposit is non-refundable, but the deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and a new deposit will be required to confirm the new booking.
Correction
- Lash Sets booked with any special promotion or discount are NOT eligible for FREE CORRECTIONS. If your first look isn't 100% what you had in mind, you may schedule a mini fill of correction for $50 (available within 7 days of your full set appointment).
- Clients who paid FULL PRICE are eligible for ONE FREE CORRECTION, but it must be scheduled and completed within 72 hours of the original appointment.
Please note: To qualify, you must be flexible and able to come in based on lash artist's availability within that 72-hour window. Simply reaching out does not guarantee a free correction.
- Free corrections are not offered solely due to personal design preferences. Lash extensions are applied to natural lashes, which shed and regrow continuously, so adjustments are best made during your next fill. Free correction is only available if you experience excessive lash fallout immediately after your full set.
Cancellation & Reschedule
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the loss of your deposit. If changes or cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required to confirm the new time. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth scheduling process for all our clients.
Refund Policy
Lash 101 does not offer refunds for all services.
