Lash 101 Terms and Policy

Please take a moment to carefully review the following terms and policies for Lash 101. Your attention to these details is important to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

 

Deposit

To secure your appointment, a $25 deposit is required for all services. This deposit is non-refundable, but the deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and a new deposit will be required to confirm the new booking.

 

Cancellation & Reschedule

We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the loss of your deposit. If changes or cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required to confirm the new time. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth scheduling process for all our clients.

 

Refund Policy

Lash 101 does not offer refunds for all services.

 

NO-SHOW Policy

If you do not show up for a booked service, a charge of 50% of the service cost will be applied automatically. To ensure the best experience for all clients, if you have a history of missed appointments, you will be required to pre-pay 100% of the service cost for future bookings.
